TravelRow

How Far Could you Go?

World Masters. European Masters. Henley. A national championship. A personal best.

Whatever your ambition, we build the coaching programme around the goal.

Train with Olympic medallists, World Champions and internationally experienced coaches.

A coaching programme built around you

Every rower is different. Your experience, goals, learning style, location and available time all matter.
Travel Row starts by understanding what you want to achieve. We then select the coach best suited to you and build a programme around your goals — whether that means improving your technique, preparing for a particular race or developing over an entire season.
Your coach may be Riccardo Dei Rossi or another experienced coach from the Travel Row network. Travel Row remains your single point of contact throughout the project.

Every programme is different, but your personal coaching project can include

Technical Coaching
Individual sessions, technical development and video analysis.

Training Programme
A programme built around your goals, schedule and race calendar.

Remote Support
Video review, feedback and contact between coaching sessions
